Kerry Katona has confessed she could have been killed by drugs at the height of her addiction – and says leaving husband Mark Croft saved her life.

Talking in a documentary to be screened next week, she said: ‘If I’d stayed with Mark I would have been dead.

‘The next time you’d have seen me would have been at my funeral.’

In one of her most honest interviews ever, Kerry, 30, also admitted that she can’t remember chunks of her four children’s lives as she was so off her head.

She also says she only stayed with former cab driver Mark as she was terrified he would spill the beans about her colossal appetite for class As.

The former Atomic Kitten singer, who’s recently gone from a size 14 to a tiny size eight after a health and fitness regime, said she even took MORE drugs in a bit to shock Mark into begging her to stop.

She said: ‘I’d go OTT on the drugs, hope that he would go, “Kerry, stop, that’s enough,” but he didn’t.’

We’re not sure exactly what qualifies Kerry Katona as a fitness instructor.

The reality star has certainly undergone a stunning transformation recently thanks to her new healthy lifestyle.

But her ongoing weight battle has been well documented over the years, so perhaps its a little soon for the mother-of-four to be regarding herself as a fitness role model

Kerry is set to release ‘Kerry Katona – Real Fitness’ at the end of December and includes the exercise regimes that have helped her get in shape and develop a new slimline figure.

But the mother-of-four has confessed that despite hoping to make money showing women how to achieve her body, even she isn’t satisfied yet.

The 30-year-old, who is training in the lead up to her appearance on next year’s Dancing On Ice, is determined to whittle herself down to a size six, a friend has told Closer magazine

The next series of Dancing on Ice doesn’t start until January.

And by the looks of it Kerry Katona would be well advised to spend as much time on the ice rink as she can between now and then.

The reality star spent most of her time off her skates on her backside as she practised with a trainer in London today.

The line up for the next season of the ITV show is yet to be announced, but the 30-year-old is already hard at work rehearsing.

Despite some painful-looking tumbles, Kerry kept her chin up, laughing hysterically as her instructor ended up on top of her after a fall.

Kerry and her children move into their rented home in Surrey but she struggles with living away from her friends and family.

As she begins to get more work and meets a new man, life seems to be on the up. But after a holiday together Kerry decides to end the new romance and concentrate on family life.

Kerry takes her children to Marbella, where she has a photo shoot, but still manages to have some quality family time.

With a new lease of life Kerry enjoys more fun days out with the children but still feels incredibly lonely. Although life down South is looking rosier for Kerry she is still feeling homesick for the North, but knows she has to stick it out for the sake of the family.

Kerry eventually feels settled and for the first time feels as though she is getting her life back together. She begins to feel more like the old Kerry everyone knew ten years ago and realises she has done the best thing for her and her children.

Life is good for Kerry as she approaches her 30th birthday. She has her children with her, is drug free and is looking forward instead of back. A surprise birthday party is the icing on the cake particularly as Kerry gets to perform a song with the Drifters.

It looks as though Kerry is finally moving on with her life.

She’s worked very hard on her new slimline figure over the past year and Kerry Katona shows no signs of taking a break just yet.

The reality TV star was snapped keeping up her fitness regime as she warmed up for a jog in the park near her Surrey home.

Kerry, 30, took her workout seriously as she put herself through a number os stretching and bending exercises ahead of her run

She sat on the floor to stretch out her calf muscles before undertaking a squat to warm up her hamstrings.

She also used the fence as a prop as she lowered herself up and down to get flexible.

Kerry also stood up and stretched her body to the sky as she raised her arms above her body and stretched side to side.

The former pop star has always struggled with her weight, but in the last year, has really been determined to keep her new svelte figure, having lost several stone.

Kerry’s estranged husband Mark Croft has reported her children’s nanny to police for alleged ASSAULT.

The former cabbie was returning the couple’s two youngsters after a 10-day ­access stay when he says he got into a blazing row with the childminder.

He claims she tried to drag one of his children off his leg when he refused to hand them back after he learned Kerry was not at home to receive them.

Croft, 40, reportedly told the shocked nanny: “What the f***k do you think you are doing. Get your f***ing hands off my kids.”

He eventually ­agreed to leave them after Kerry came back from a trick or treat jaunt last Sunday with her other two children by ex-husband Brian McFadden.

The day after the bust-up, at Kerry’s rented home near Godstone, Surrey, police called to take a statement from the nanny.

Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner previously said he would quit f Kerry Katona ever signed up for the show.

And it seems the outspoken judge might have to eat his words, after Kerry was spotted practising ahead of the series start early next year.

But things don’t appear to be going to well for Kerry, who looked as though she was in severe pain after taking a tumble on the rink.

While a trainer was there to catch her, Kerry still hit the ground with a thud after a tricky move went wrong.

And although contestants for the next series of Dancing On Ice have yet to be officially confirmed, this is the second
time Kerry has been spotted on the rink in the past few months – the latest indication she is set to strut her stuff on the ITV programme.

However, she is likely to find herself getting a frosty reception from Gardiner, who said last year: ‘We’ve had some rude and annoying people on the show but Kerry would sink to an all new low

‘We should be aiming for someone like Victoria Beckham, not Kerry at the other end of the scale.’

Other stars thought to have been lined up for Dancing On Ice next year include Loose Women star Denise Welch, novelty singer Vanilla Ice and former Strictly Come Dancing professional Matthew Cutler.

Kerry Katona’s heartbroken mother broke down in tears yesterday as she was evicted from her home while being filmed by the reality TV star’s film crew.

Sue, 50, was given the terraced house in Warrington, Cheshire by her daughter who bought it for £37,500 with her earnings from Atomic Kitten.

However she has now been forced to leave as the house is being sold to pay off Kerry’s debts

Dressed in a grey cardigan, matching trousers and sandals, Sue looked distraught as removal men carried her belongings from the home.

It will surely be a moment she won’t want to relive, but unfortunately her daughter’s TV crew were on hand to capture her humiliating.

‘Her whole world has been turned upside down,’ a source close to Sue is quoted as telling The People.
