The 31-year-old star looked glowing as she enjoyed a night out in London with her artist boyfriend Steve Alce last night.
The happy couple were on their way to famous nightclub Chinawhite to attend the Terry O’Neill charity auction

With her cropped blonde hair firmly in place, Katona’s made-up face looked flawless as she strolled hand-in-hand with her dark-haired beau.

The former Atomic Kitten star obviously wasn’t feeling the cold temperatures as she stepped out bare-legged and wearing an unusual wrap-style coat.

The nude-colored garment with brown leather trim was no doubt hiding a glamorous dress underneath which Kerry teamed with light-coloured stilettos.

Alce – who has been dating Kerry since late last year – also dressed up for the event wearing smart grey trousers.

He teamed them with a black shirt, brown shoes and kept warm in a navy blue winter coat.

British celebrity photographer O’Neill was auctioning off limited edition photographs including portraits of The Rolling Stones, Audrey Hepburn and Amy Winehouse with all the proceeds being donated to the British Forces Charity Help for Heroes

Hopefully it wasn’t a late night for Katona as she was up bright and early this morning to celebrate her daughter Lilly’s birthday today.

‘Happy birthday to my baby girl Lilly, 9 today xxxxx’ she tweeted earler on today along with a photo of the blonde child tucking into a pink doughnut for breakfast.

Katona also posted photos of her other three children Molly, ten, Heidi, four, and three-year-old Max tucking into the sugared treats as they wished their sister a happy birthday.

Which appears to be a good thing, since daughter Heidi has already found herself a ‘boyfriend’.

The former Atomic Kitten star tweeted a photograph of her four-year-old proudly beaming next to her new male companion – who is none other than Insania singer Peter Andre.

Alongside the picture, Kerry has posted: ‘Our Heidi new boyfriend’ – who at 38, happens to be a mere 34 years older than Heidi.

After joking about the romance, the mother-of-four then started gushing to Peter after he wrote: ‘Having a lovely dinner with @kerrykatona7 and kids and bro and Sifu Paul. Missed you kezza.’

She responded: ‘@MrPeterAndre hey darling thank you so much for tonight, the kids loved it there both out cold love ya (sic) xxxxxxxxx’

Kerry added: ‘had a lovely night with @MrPeterAndre thanks for dinner…. ive missed ya xxxx

The pair first became close in 2004 after taking part in the third series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! with Katie Price.

They rekindled their friendship after Kerry signed a contract with Peter’s management team Can Associates after splitting up from ex-husband Mark Croft.

Kerry is now thought to be pursuing a showbiz comeback, and has hired an agent after setting her sights on a role in Coronation Street.

She told The Sun: ‘Imagine it, leopard print jacket, cigarette in me gob, “All right love, lager and lime?” I’d be right at home.

‘People don’t realise how much acting I’ve done. I was in a comedy drama Showbands which was only shown in Ireland and obviously there’s the Iceland adverts.’

But Kerry Katona looked as though she may have lapsed on her new lifestyle last night, looking slightly fuller in the face.
The 31-year-old partied at DJ Ironik’s birthday with Spice Girl Melanie B’s sister Danielle.

The pair were joined by their boyfriends – Kerry’s beau artist Steve Alce and Danielle’s fiancé George Lee.

And they ran into Kerry’s rival and former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Amy Childs, whom she appeared to have patched things up with.

Posing in just a bikini last week, the mother-of-four revealed she had gained an uncomfortable amount of weight during her summer stint on Celebrity Big Brother, continuing to gorge on bread and cheese after her time in the house.

But she lost her excess bulge the healthy way with an intensive four-day session at GI Jane Boot Camp, where she shed an incredible 2lbs each day.

On her return home, she continued to work with her trainer Liam Lonergan which helped her drop from a size 10-12 and weight of 10st 4lb to a size 8–10 and around 9st 4lb.

And she said she had only gorged just twice over Christmas.

Kerry’s weight has yo-yoed in the past and at her biggest, she was 12 stone.

In 2009, Kerry shrunk to a tiny size 6-8 and weighed just 8st 5lb through over-exercising.

But her new petite frame was too unrealistic to manage and she gradually gained weight again.

Last night, Kerry hid her frame in an oversized navy tuxedo-style jacket with a black leather lapel.

But she showed off her ample chest in a skin-tight black dress with lace shoulders.

She added a pair of tights and black ankle boots to complete the look.

Kerry was seen sporting the same jacket over the weekend during a shopping trip with her new boyfriend Steve, who she has been dating for two months.

But she looked like she was having a great time, laughing and joking with Danielle outside.

She tweeted that she was having a ‘great night’ with her friends, and added a photo of her and Danielle laughing, and another of their boyfriends, joking: ‘The happy couple’.

Afterwards, she tweeted: ‘Had a great night with @_daniellebrown and @SteveAlce soooo nice to get out with the greatest friends ever… Thank you!! Xxxx.’

And she has clearly put her differences with Amy aside.

The pair were seen hugging, despite a war of words after they were eliminated from the house last year.

They had appeared to be the best of friends when they were in the house but became involved in a feud which began when they both set their sights on fellow housemate Lucien Laviscount during their time in the house.

After leaving the Channel 5 reality show, Amy revealed she was feeling very hurt over Kerry’s comments that she was just interested in actor Lucien because of his celebrity status.

And she hit back at Kerry’s criticism over her social life, adding she thought Kerry was her friend.

She wrote in her new! magazine column: ‘I’ve kind of had enough of Kerry Katona making little digs about me in interviews.

‘Last week, she said she had nothing in common with me and said I;m always in Sugar Hut.

‘I’m not a mum, but I love kids, so I thought we had common ground there.

‘But to say I’m out all the time is a bit rich coming from her – she’s out more than me!’

Kate and William may not of approved of her antics yesterday, as she and boyfriend Steve Alce donned masks of their faces.

The couple were seen shopping in Kent wearing the hilarious masks, but Kerry took things a little bit further when she pulled a lewd sign with her finger.

The 31-year-old eventually took it off as she browsed the shops, but it was back on again for the drive home

She looked like she did well for herself, walking out of the Lipsy shop with a black bag.

Kerry, 31, looked stylish in a pair of blue skinny jeans, a stripped shirt and an oversized tuxedo-style jacket.

She completed the look with black Ugg boots

Steve, who she has been dating for about two months, did not take his William mask off at all, probably still adjusting to the former Celebrity Big Brother contestant’s life in the spotlight.

Speaking of the Royal Wedding last year, Kerry said: ‘I’d love an invite to the wedding. But I’d probably get kicked out for trying to do the can-can in the middle of the dancefloor.

She added; ‘I wouldn’t like to be in Kate’s shoes. I feel pressure being Kerry Katona and I’m a nobody.’

She said: ‘After having four kids, I’m not confident about my belly. When Max was born in 2008, I was offered liposuction for a TV show – and I think I’d have it all if I could get it for free.

‘In the past few weeks, my arms have become super toned. I feel like Arnold Schwarzenegger… but I still hate my stomach. If I could afford it, I’d have a tummy tuck.’

‘They’re the only two days I had off from my detox!’

‘I don’t exercise because I want to be skinny, although the upside is you do look better.

‘With Liam, I did lots of boxing and some really tough work with kettlebells, which are a killer!’

Kerry added: ‘Being healthy is manageable as long as you’re in a routine. You need to eat little and often – but I don’t like the word diet.

’2011 was a massive turning point, personally and career-wise. I’m proud of the struggles I’ve overcome; hopefully I’ve helped men and women going through bankruptcy, divorce and all that!

‘I’ve turned down doing another reality TV show and I feel like I’ve got my life back – and, more importantly, I’ve got my private life back.

‘I’m out of bankruptcy, my divorce is finalised and I have custody of kids, what more could I ask for?’

Everyone thought it was the beginning of the end for the 31-year-old former Atomic Kitten’s career.

But the mother-of-four has managed to turn her fortune around and swung full circle back into the nation’s heart.

After a stint on Dancing On Ice, Celebrity Big Brother and a couple of heartfelt magazine interviews the former singer has been given a full time presenting job on This Morning

And Kerry, who broke down when she watched her shambolic performance on This Morning yesterday on Daybreak, said she can finally see what was going wrong in her life and has vowed never to go back.

She told The Sun: ‘I never want to go back to that person again. I think everybody gets lost, nobody is perfect.
‘After the infamous interview, a lot of people would not have had a comeback

‘When I watch that back, I feel so sorry for her, it’s like I am watching someone else.’

The twice-wed mother, who says she has come full circle, blames an unhappy marriage and prescription drugs for her performance.

She said: ‘When I look back to that era, it makes me cringe. I feel embarrassed and ashamed. I think after you hit rock bottom, the only way is up.’

Now the former reality star is counting her blessings

She said her children, new found presenting slot and personal life keep her going.

And Kerry, who said she has been clean for two years, feels like she has finally got the control back in her life.

As well as the This Morning slot, where Kerry will be sharing her expertise on this year’s Dancing On Ice contestants, the former Queen of the jungle is also taking part in Channel 5′s Celebrity Wedding planner.

Kerry said she is pleased to be working with the This Morning crew as presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield are so family orientated.

The cheeky star even said when she saw Phillip at a party after that interview she told him she wanted to slur at him as a joke, showing how far her recovery has come.

But one thing which is definitely off the cards is another reality series.

Kerry said: ‘I had a great experience doing the next chapter but I am glad its over.’

But while Kerry Katona is looking forward to some mistletoe action with artist Steve Alce, she is planning on taking this relationship slowly.

The unlucky-in-love reality TV star, 31, has been dating Alce, 33, for almost a month after they met at a charity event.

And she said although she is really happy with him, she doesn’t want to ‘jinx it’ by talking too much about it.

Speaking to Closer magazine, she said: ‘I’m very happy with Steve. I don’t want to jinx everything so I don’t want to say too much, but he’s made me realise that I can move on from my destructive previous relationships and just enjoy myself.

‘I had to kiss a lot of frogs before I found my prince! He’ll be the one I’m snogging under the mistletoe this year. I’m an old-fashioned girl deep down – I’d love to get married again and have two more children

And Kerry said she has yet to tell her four children – Molly, 10 and Lilly-Sue, eight, from her marriage to Brian McFadden and Heidi, four, and three-year-old Max from her marriage to Mark Croft – about Steve.

She said: ‘A few weeks ago, Molly said to me, “Mum, when are you going to get a new boyfriend? We want you to be happy!”
‘And then Lilly frowned and added, “Don’t keep it a secret if you already have one!”‘

Kerry also spoke about getting over the past two turbulent years and how her life has taken a turn for the better since she divorced her second husband Mark Croft and cleared her debts.

She has also been clean of cocaine for two years and she said: ‘I’m a new woman and I feel fantastic. I’d never touch drugs again in a million years – I can barely handle a drink these days!

‘Kicking drugs has given me the time to really bond with my kids and I love it. I work 24/7 to make sure they have opportunities I never had and I’ve paid my way out of bankruptcy.’

She now lives in Surrey having moved away from her demons and her home town of Warrington to make a fresh start, and she said she intends to keep it that way.

She said: ‘I’ve left behind all the bad influences in my life and I’ve shoved enough sh*t up my nose to last several lifetimes. I love Warrington and I’m really proud of my roots, but I feel I’ve outgrown it.’

And she said she is really looking forward to getting festive in a couple of weeks time.

Kerry explained: ‘I can’t wait for Christmas this year – Mark’s got Heidi and Max on Christmas Day, so I’ll be celebrating at home with Molly, Lilly and my mum, Sue.

‘Mum will have to cook the turkey though, because everything I touch in the kitchen turns into a disaster! With four kids, I’ve got a lot of Christmas shopping to do – the whole house will be bulging with toys’

Kerry Katona says: There’s something I’d like to clarify – Stuart Nuttall is not an ex-boyfriend. I went on a few dates with him but I wasn’t in a relationship with him. It was clear from very early on what he was after, which is why I never rang him again. I had three dates with him. He’s a 39-year-old man who still lives with his mum, he doesn’t drive anywhere or even buy a drink. I went to the local pub with him in Warrington, so what? Sorry it’s not The Ritz! Did he really think I was going to take him to showbiz parties as my new fancy fella? Well I’m sorry, that’s not what you’re going to get with me, I’m Kerry Katona, nothing more, nothing less. I saw straight through him and I’m just not interested in shallow people like him. As for my Miss Piggy pyjamas, I put them on because I was going to bed to sleep, not to sleep with him! My kids chose them for me, those PJs. There is no story to be sold, Stuart is just a self-centred little wannabe with a crooked nose.

The third time I saw him, he came round to my mum’s because I live down south so it was either there or his mum’s house! I didn’t want to go out because I’d just been to see my nan in hospital. He suggested a takeaway, which I didn’t eat because it was horrible and then he went to the shop and bought himself a four-pack of Carling! He finally sent me a text, saying: ‘I can’t handle all this.’ I texted back, saying: ‘You vile, little horrible worthless nobody. I was never in a relationship with you, we went on three dates, which were clearly bad. Why would I want to be associated with anybody who has been convicted of beating up his girlfriend and still lives at home with his mum? Get a decent job and stop making money out of me.’ I didn’t get a reply – funny that!

Kerry Katona says: I’ll be gutted when my time on This Morning is over – I absolutely love it. Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield are an absolute joy to work with, it’s like a big family on there. Patsy Kensit was so lovely – she said she watched my TV show and said how beautiful my kids are and what a wonderful mum I was, which was an absolute pleasure to hear. I also went out for lunch with Coleen Nolan who I haven’t seen since my dark days when I wasn’t right in the head. We had a big catch-up and all we did was giggle. I couldn’t stop laughing when she sent me a text afterwards saying: ‘We can hang out now you’re back to normal!’

One magazine last week said I was bloated through drink, and I was at home, lonely and drinking every night searching the Internet, desperate to find a man – they even had a health expert saying my skin is looking haggard because I’m drinking too much. It makes me laugh because I’m happier than I’ve ever been right now!

I’m enjoying I’m A Celebrity… but I’ve never watched a more bitchy or tense atmosphere than this one. No one seems to be happy, there’s a lot of tension in there. I originally said that I don’t think Mark Wright will win but he’s won me over. He seems an all-round nice guy. There’s definitely a flirtation with Emily Scott but I don’t necessarily think he wants to get her into bed, he just comes across as a really good bloke.
