Having her own column in OK! magazine means Kerry Katona can have her say on anything she wishes, whether that’s about rival Katie Price’s love life or her many battles with weight loss.

However, in her latest column for the magazine, Kerry has gone all political and has expressed her outrage at the recent economic dispute that involved a tax being put on her beloved pasties.

“It’s absolutely ludicrous that David Cameron has slashed tax on billionaires but put it up on pasties and alcohol,” she wrote furiously.

“Why can’t he put tax up on these billionaires living it up on their private yachts to make things even?”

She continued her rant: “Us skint people are working our a***s off trying to make ends meet and put dinner on the table for our families, but we soon won’t be able to go out for a drink and a relax at the weekends because it costs too much!”

We’re wondering if a standard weekend for Brits always involves a pasty and a pint, then, Kerry?

Also, someone needs to introduce her to George Osbourne, the man in charge of this whole tax thing… as he is the Chancellor of the Exchequer. He’s the one she needs to talk to.

However, these facts clearly matter little to former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry, who pledged to bring peace to the UK if she ever became prime minister.

“If I was prime minister I would make it easy to get mortgages, I’d set up some unemployment schemes to get people back into work and I would bring prices down on everything, including pasties and booze!”

Kerry Katona thinks ‘Geordie Shore’ is like ”free porn”.
The reality star is a huge fan of the MTV fly-on-the-wall show and loves the wild antics and buff bodies of the programme’s male stars Gaz Beadle, James Tindale, Ricci Guarnaccio and Jay Gardner.
She said: ”What can I say about ‘Geordie Shore’. I wish they had shown it when my life was messed up. It’s like free porn. This show just gets sicker and sicker and sicker!
”The boys have bodies to die for, but when they fight, they fight like girls.”
However, former ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ winner Alex Reid isn’t impressed with the men on ‘Geordie Shore’ and even blames the demise of his marriage to Katie Price on having a haircut similar to James’ famous combover.
He said: ”They’re all a bunch of girls with their designer haircuts and beach bodies, but they can’t even throw a punch. I tried that hairstyle once [James' combover], it cost me a marriage.”
Meanwhile, singer Michelle Heaton has blasted Vicky Pattison as a ”slag” for cheating on her boyfriend in the latest series of ‘Geordie Shore’.
She said: ”I adore the new series. It’s funnier, wilder and more graphic. Vicky says, ‘I’ve got a boyfriend but I wouldn’t cheat on him intentionally’ just screams, ‘I’ve got a boyfriend but I’m a slag so come shag me’.”

Kerry Katona and her most recent boyfriend looked as if they were still enjoying the honeymoon period of their blossoming relationship, yesterday, at Gilgamesh in Camden, London.

The 31-year-old former pop star couldn’t seem to keep her hands off Steve Alce as the pair focused on each other more than the show

Kerry looked great as she showed off her legs in a short white dress and styled a side parting into her cropped blonde hair

Steve was dressed in a dapper grey blazer jacket which he teamed with a black T-shirt and matching trousers.

With the pair making such an attractive appearance, it was no wonder the front row was heating up so much.

As models walked up and down the catwalk, Steve only had eyes for Kerry and gave her a delicate peck on the cheek.

The couple held hands throughout the show and after a brief cheeky kiss on the lips, Kerry had to remove lipstick from her man’s lips, but was seen applying some more moments later.

The couple met at a charity event in her hometown of Warrington

Earlier this month, the former Atomic Kitten member had to deny reports they were engaged.

She said on This Morning: ‘No, he’s just moved in with me and things are going really well…

‘But I’m not engaged, I’m not getting married…not yet, but I do definitely think that this is The One.’

The pair also recently returned from their first holiday together, where they spent some alone time in Dubai and attended the Ahlan! magazine Hot 100 party.

It marked their first trip as a couple since they starting dating in October.

With the former Atomic Kitten singer a mother-of-four, and Alce having two children, they haven’t had much quality time.

Their holiday came just after the artist moved into Katona’s Surrey mansion, where she lives with her daughters Molly, 10; Lilly-Sue, nine; Heidi, five; and son Max, three.

Kerry told Closer magazine: ‘I’ve never felt such love from somebody in my life. Steve is so perfect and I cant believe how lucky I am.’

She added: ‘We had an amazing time in Dubai but, after two messy marriages, I’m not despetare to get hitched again.

‘But I’d never say never – Steve recently moved in and I finally feel so happy. We get on so well.’

And as Kerry Katona celebrated Mother’s Day, she was approached by a gentleman with a rather interesting hairstyle.

The man sported a mullet, popular in the 1980s.

Kerry was still eager to pose for a photo with him, despite not looking picture per5fect herself in a loose-fitted grey top and trackpants.

The man held out his camera phone as he took the snap.

Kerry stayed at her mother’s home in Warrington over the weekend.

She was joined by boyfriend Steve Alce and her four children.

Kerry controversially defended Stacey Solomon following the scandal over the singer smoking while pregnant.

Admitting that she was also criticised for lighting up during her own pregnancies, Kerry justified Stacey’s actions by saying that the X Factor star’s choice of Silk Cut ‘are not even real cigarettes.’

But at least her boyfriend Steve Alce can be known for his talents as she posted a photo of one of his paintings.

The self-taught artist has painted a portrait of Katona’s celebrity friend Peter Andre.

And proud Katona couldn’t wait to show it off, posting a photo of the Australian singer holding the picture on her Twitter page

She wrote: ‘Steve’s painting of @MrPeterAndre.’

Quick to compliment Alce was Katona’s This Morning colleague Coleen Nolan, who tweeted: ‘Oh my god that’s amazing!!!’

A gushing Katona replied: ‘He’s good! No he’s the best.’

Nolan’s husband Ray Fensome then waded into the conversation, posting a stick man drawing, which he claimed he had done of Andre.

Seeing the humour, Katona replied: ‘haha stick to the guitar ray lol xx.’

When Nolan defended her husband as ‘the best artist?? ha ha,’ Katona replied: ‘The best p**s artist more like lol.’

Nolan then conceded: ‘Haha SO true! He’s an expert.’

Katona and Alce moved in together last month after dating since October.

All I can say is that from the day I found out that I was pregnant, I have tried my best to give up. I completely understand why people would be angry, because for some people it’s uncomprehendable.

‘I understand that it’s a selfish thing to do, so I don’t think the comments are unjustified, although I do thing some are a bit harsh.’

Stacey also insisted that she has ’100 per cent cut down’ from the amount of cigarettes she smoked before she fell pregnant.

She added: ‘As soon as you get pregnant, you think you need so stop.I did smoke between 5 and 10 a day, but I completely cut down and from

‘I’m smoking between 1 and 3 a day, if that… I just thought I would be able to quit. And some days I’ve done really, really well and had none but there are some days when I have had some. I’m doing my best to just go without, but sometimes it’s not just as easy to cut it out.’

Phillip and Holly also asked Stacey, who has a four-year-old son Zachary from a previous relationship, how her fiancé Aaron Barnham feels about her smoking while pregnant.

Struggling to hold back her tears, Stacey continued: ‘I don’t condone it in any way and I think it’s important that people know that. I don’t want people to think it’s OK or that I think it’s OK.’

Asked what else she is doing to quit the cigarettes, Stacey said she was using electric cigarettes and considering hypnotherapy, at which point Phillip suggested she might want to talk to the show’s Dr Chris Steele about other ways she may be able to kick the habit.

And after watching his girlfriend wearing a bright pink wedding dress on This Morning today, you couldn’t blame him for wanting to run a mile.

Fortunately, Katona wasn’t seriously trying on the dress for size, she was simply modelling the flamboyant creation for a TV segment on My Big Fat Gypsy Weddings gowns.

As regular contributor on This Morning, the mother-of-four was asked to model a large strapless gown designed by Thelma Madine – known for her over-the-top wedding dresses for the travelling community.

Former Atomic Kitten star Katona, 32, ended up trying on a 9 1/2 stone pink number, which she admitted made her feel like Barbie.

Katona also compared the dress to the one worn by Katie Price at her 2005 wedding to Peter Andre, which has inspired many traveller weddings in the popular Channel 4 documentary series.

She uploaded a photo of herself wearing the dress on Twitter, writing: ‘What do you think guys? Is it me?’

This Morning host Holly Willoughby also wanted a piece of the action and tried on one off-camera, which ended up on the show’s official Twitter page.

Katona revealed last week how she had proposed to Alce on holiday in Dubai last

The couple have been dating since October and he moved into her Surrey home a few weeks ago.

However, Alce turned her down when she popped the question – twice.

She said: ‘I would marry Steve in a heartbeat if he ever asked me and I actually asked him twice to marry me on February 29.

‘But he didn’t respond and instead just made a joke of it, even though I was being sincere.

‘I’m also very old-fashioned – I think it’s wrong for a woman to ask, but he’s missed his chance now anyway.’

Katona has previously been married to Irish singer Brian McFadden (2002-2004) and taxi driver Mark Croft (2007-2010).

Alce has a 14-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son from a previous relationship.
