It was just over a year ago that Kerry Katona underwent liposuction to rid her of her post-baby weight after the birth of her fourth child.

But after a rocky 12 months, it looks like the troubled reality TV star, who dropped from Size 16 to Size 8, has returned to her original weight.

Spotted outside a photography studio in London with her husband Mark Croft, Kerry looked dramatically different from the svelte star who posed on the red carpet earlier this year.

Her tummy bulged out below her jumper and her backside did look big in tracksuit bottoms.

The 29-year-old’s wedding ring – which has been on and off her finger in recent months, was back on her left hand.

Former Atomic Kitten singer made the controversial decision to undergo £15,000 worth of liposuction and a breast reduction just four months after giving birth to her son Maxwell.

The drastic surgery took the mother-of-four from 12 stone to 8 stone.

Because she was bankrupt at the time, producers of her MTV reality TV show footed the bill.

Following the surgery, she overhauled her eating regime and lost more weight with the help of her personal trainer Scott Wright, who played mechanic Sam Kingston in Coronation Street in the early Noughties.

The combination of surgery and her new lifestyle saw Kerry’s weight drop from 14 stone – after the birth of her fourth child Maxwell – to eight stone.

By the Spring, Kerry had put on a stone and declared she was happier than ever with her new size.
But as she experienced further problems in her rocky marriage to Mark over the summer, Kerry gained two stone in just two months, before ending up at the size she is now.

Kerry’s career has been in freefall since the News Of The World published images of the star apparently snorting cocaine.

The scandal resulted in Kerry losing her £250,000-a-year deal as the face of Iceland supermarkets.

She briefly split up with Mark before reconciling and was arrested for the alleged assault of her financial adviser David McHugh.

Kerry’s ex-husband Brian McFadden is also preparing for a custody battle with her over their two children Molly, eight, and Lilly Sue, six.
The troubled star also has two younger children Heidi, two, and Maxwell, 18 months, with second husband Mark.
