We’re not sure exactly what qualifies Kerry Katona as a fitness instructor.

The reality star has certainly undergone a stunning transformation recently thanks to her new healthy lifestyle.

But her ongoing weight battle has been well documented over the years, so perhaps its a little soon for the mother-of-four to be regarding herself as a fitness role model

Kerry is set to release ‘Kerry Katona – Real Fitness’ at the end of December and includes the exercise regimes that have helped her get in shape and develop a new slimline figure.

But the mother-of-four has confessed that despite hoping to make money showing women how to achieve her body, even she isn’t satisfied yet.

The 30-year-old, who is training in the lead up to her appearance on next year’s Dancing On Ice, is determined to whittle herself down to a size six, a friend has told Closer magazine

‘Even though she’s happy with her body, she still wants to tone up and make sure there are no wobbly bits in those revealing skating costumes,’ the source says.

‘She’s already lost so much weight this year, but she’s thinking the smaller she is, the easier it will be for her partner to throw her around the ice.’

Kerry’s weight has always been a much publicised battle but this year she was determined that things were going to change and it was time to turn her life around.

She embarked on a combination of regular exercise and a healthy diet, which she has managed to stick to religiously

And Kerry believes that these routines have made such a difference to her and hopes that other will benefit from the DVD.
She said: ‘I’m delighted to be releasing this fitness DVD, I have struggled with my weight over the last few years but this year I have stayed totally focused on maintaining a healthy body and mind.

‘I do the exercises from this DVD all the time – they’ve really helped me and they can help you too. Go on give it a go!’
Kerry was snapped last week working out at a park near her Surrey home, the determination on her face all too clear to see.

She attended a fat camp at the start of the year and has also been exercising at the gym and eating healthy food.
Katona famously underwent £15,000 worth of liposuction two years ago – just four months after giving birth to her son Maxwell.

The drastic surgery took the 5ft 3 star from 12 stone to 8 stone.

Because she was bankrupt at the time, producers of her MTV reality TV show footed the bill
