KERRY Katona looked like her face had been frozen in time when she stepped out for a charity dinner in Manchester.

The wrinkle-free reality TV star stunned guests as she grimaced into the cameras – prompting fans to ask if she had been using too much Botox.

While she struggled to crack a smile, her forehead remained completely smooth.

The former singer seemed to have an expressionless, stretched look as she attempted to grin.

Mum-of-four Kerry – who appeared in Celebrity Big Brother – has admitted in the past to using the treatment – which sees the muscles paralysed to reduce wrinkles.

Last year the former Atomic Kitten singer said: “I’ve had a bit on my forehead. I was worried sick about having it as I didn’t want to look weird.”

And in an interview the 31-year-old admitted: “I got some Botox on my forehead at the same time, then I had fillers in my cheeks and stuff in my upper lip to make my lips look thicker.”

The star, who has had problems with drugs and alcohol, looked remarkably slim and wrinkle free – a marked contrast to how she appeared – bloated and slurring – during the height of her addiction problems while married to Mark Croft.

She was finally divorced from the love-rat last month.

Kerry has had £15,000 worth of surgery including liposuction and a breast reduction and lift.

And now it appears she has turned to Botox to keep her youthful looks.

Kerry was joined at the Genesis Appeal dinner by host, Corrie actress Kym Marsh and the charity’s ambassador Michelle Clayton.
