Exclusive Kerry Katona’s mum Sue has tearfully told how she has lost her home AND her daughter.

Heartbroken Sue, 51, will be left homeless on January 15, when the taxman seizes her home.

She and Kerry had a furious bust-up last month after the star, who bought her the terraced house but owes £500,000, refused to help her.

The £130,000 the property is worth will pay off some of Kerry’s debts.

In an exclusive interview with The People, Sue said she and Kerry almost came to blows when she found out.

She revealed: “I am absolutely heartbroken.

I never expected that my own daughter would see me on the streets but it’s going to happen – and very soon. On top of that I’ve lost my daughter too.

Furious “I know Kerry has to put herself first but she gave me her word that I would never lose my house. Now Kerry and I haven’t spoken for weeks.”

Former reality TV star Kerry, 29, bought the house in Warrington, Cheshire, in 2001 with the money she earned with from her days in pop band Atomic Kitten.

She paid £37,500 and told Sue it would be hers for life.

But The People can reveal that bankrupt Kerry now owes a staggering £497,928,83 to the taxman.

Her only assets are £100,000 she has invested in the £1.5 million mansion in Wilmslow, Cheshire, that she shares with husband Mark Croft, 36 and her children – and Sue’s home.

Sue believes that a furious bust up is to blame for Kerry not trying to keep the house and save her from the streets.

She went on: “I’ve had a letter this week telling me that I have to be out of my house on January 15 next year. I have got nowhere to go and I don’t know what to do. And on top of that, Kerry doesn’t want to help me.

“A few weeks ago we had a row at my house, she was really agitated so I told her to get in the kitchen. She stormed in and slammed the door. I was furious and I went in and raised my fist to her.

“I wouldn’t have hit her but she squared up to me, her face was like thunder and she was pulling her hair back ready for a fight. I told her to get out of my house.”

As Sue faces the prospect of a life on the streets, she cannot understand how Kerry’s life spiralled out of control.

Even losing her lucrative £290,000-ayear contract with supermarket chain Iceland after she was pictured snorting cocaine could not have left her in this financial mess, according to Sue.

Mess She said: “I can’t get my head around how her life has gone so badly wrong, or how she has got herself in this mess.

“A few years ago she was bringing in £3 million a year and now she’s in a total mess – and I am homeless because of it. She has ruined her life and now she has ruined mine.

“I know that Mark has spent a lot of money on cars but that doesn’t amount to the money she must have lost to be in this much debt.

“She had so many work offers, she loved working for Iceland and always had TV and magazine work coming in.

“Now she has nothing. I want to ask her how she has let it come to this.”

Not only does Sue no longer see Kerry, she has been banned from seeing her daughter’s four children, Molly, nine, Lilly Sue, eight, Heidi, three or Max two.

Sue said: “I was upset because me and Kerry rowed in front of the kids. It was horrible. I’m gutted because the kids and Kerry are my only flesh and blood.”
