Kerry Katona has returned from her brief sojourn in Tenerife to face the music, after her fitness instructor has admitted to swapping texts with the married mother of four.

Kerry, 29, has split from husband Mark Croft, 39, amid claims that she has been cheating on him with a fitness instructor she met at the GI Jane Boot camp.

Looking trim and sun kissed, Kerry was seen walking through the airport last night with her youngest daughter Heidi, 3 in a buggy.

The reality television star also has a son Max, 22 months, and daughters Molly, 8, and Lilly-Sue, 7, with ex-husband Bryan McFadden, who were not with seen with her.

Clearly in the mood for mischief, Kerry stuck her tongue out at the ever-present photographers who were on hand to capture her arrival, seemingly unruffled by the potential drama awaiting her.

The former pop star is believed to have dumped Croft, her husband of almost three years, after they rowed over her friendship with fitness instructor and Royal Marine Kevin Green.

Kerry stayed at the ‘fat camp’ in Kent in January for a two-week intensive exercise and diet course after which she managed to lose three stone.

But after leaving the camp a newspaper report claimed she has twice met up with Green – who is married with three children – and that they regularly swap texts and phone calls.

But Green has quickly denied having a physical relationship with Kerry, and added that his wife knew about the messages.

According to the News of the World, Kerry drove to see Scottish Kevin – who admitted texting Kerry – at his home in Hampshire and spent the night there earlier this month.

And friends have said Kevin has had a positive influence on Kerry who has stuck to her fitness regime since leaving the camp.

Which was apparent as Kerry paraded her new trimmer look in a striped maxi-dress while still in Tenerife.

Croft’s accusations that she is seeing Kevin behind his back are said to have made Kerry assess their relationship with her husband, with whom she has two children – three-year-old Heidi and 22-month-old Max.

They are said to no longer be sharing a bedroom and Kerry has told Croft to find somewhere else to live.

The couple have had a turbulent relationship since they married at Gretna Green on Valentine’s Day in 2007and have had several public bust-ups.

But vowing to split from Croft for good, she now hopes to relaunch her shattered public image and hopes she can ‘come good’ again.
