She has had four children so Kerry Katona is no stranger to giving birth.

And the former Atomic Kitten singer decided to show her fellow Big Brother housemates Jedward exactly how nature’s greatest miracle plays out.

Kerry,30, was sunbathing in the garden when the twins came over to speak to her

The mother-of-four had pulled her blue vest up to expose the flesh of her stomach and the boys couldn’t resist grabbing it.

Jedward began poking her stomach and Kerry cried out: ‘Get off my chubby belly!’

The Irish boys continued and they started to contemplate the wonder of life exclaiming that four babies had been inside Kerry’s stomach.

The reality TV star, who has struggled with her weight in the past remarked that having children had taken its toll on her figure.

And it was at this point that she started to pretend to give birth right out in the garden

Kerry screamed for a number of seconds and enlisted the help of John and Edward to help deliver the babies.

The boys then handed her the fake children, which the boys decided were two twin girls, and the other housemates who were looking on clapped their hands, encouraging the charade.

After the performance Kerry pulled her vest top down to cover her stomach

Kerry has two daughters from her relationship with Brian McFadden, Molly, 10, and Lily-Sue, eight, and two younger children with her ex-husband Mark Croft Heidi four and Max, three.

Katona’s eldest child Molly will be turning eleven on Wednesday and Kerry has told housemates on a number of occasions that she is missing being with her brood.

Kerry has also remarked that she would like to get contouring surgery to enhance her abdominals like Darryn Lyons.

The pink hair photographer recently revealed he had the sculpting surgery to give the impression of rock hard abs.

Admiring his body Kerry noted: ‘Your six pack is phenomenal. I’m so going to that thing when I get out of here!’
