When it was announced Kerry Katona would be taking part in the next series of Dancing On Ice, speculation began about what kind of outfit she would wear in her promotional shot.

And it seems the 30-year-old star decided to set the standard for all future skating outfits as she posed for the photograph wearing a VERY revealing low-cut, sheer yellow dress.

Clearly keen to show off her new figure after losing more than a stone over the past year, Kerry beams proudly for the camera as she prepares to take to the rink for the first time in January.

Kerry is just one of the stars set to take part in the new series of the show when it starts on ITV1 on January 9th.

However, things haven’t been going too smoothly for the reality TV star, as she is said to have suffered two cracked ribs during an intensive training session for the show.

A source said: ‘Kerry is in agony after fracturing two of her ribs skating.The problem is that she as kept on and on and on and that has made it worse

‘But that is just how determined she is to make the start of Dancing On Ice. This is her big chance to win over the British public again after all she has been through.

‘No one knows how she has got through this week. Kerry has been ordered to rest and take strong painkillers but despite the pain she has still been trying to make it out to appointments.’

Pictures of all 16 of the celebrities taking part have now been released, with the female contestants all opting for sexy, revealing outfits, while the men stick to sateen shirts and tight trousers.

However, while Kerry said previously she is looking forward to the start of the show, other celebrities aren’t quite so sure.

Frank Lampard’s ex-fiancee, mother-of-two Elen Rivas tweeted today: ‘Pooping myself about Dancing On Ice. Let’s get Christmas out the way first! Luna and Isla are so excited. Xxx’

Meanwhile, the pay packets of the celebrities taking party have also been revealed, with Kerry receiving the biggest salary with a staggering £60,000.

Denise Welch is said to have been offered £50,000 and Jeff Brazier £40,000

Coronation Street star Steven Arnold – whose character Ashley Peacock died in the tram crash during the soap’s 50th birthday spectacular – is also set to appear on the show, as well as rapper Vanilla Ice and former newsreader Angela Rippon.

Victoria Cross hero Lance Corporal Johnson Beharry is also in training to compete, the first contestant from outside the worlds of sport and showbiz.

Former EastEnders star Sam Attwater, Australian Craig McLachlan – known for his role in Neighbours – and Hollyoaks actress Jennifer Metcalfe are other soap stars to appear in the show.

Cricketer Dominic Cork, Chris Moyles’ BBC Radio 1 sidekick David Vitty – known to listeners as Comedy Dave – and Chloe Madeley, the daughter of Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, are also in the running.

Completing the line-up are Nickelodeon presenter Laura Hamilton and actress Nadia Sawalha.

While most of the celebrities’ pay packets range from Kerry’s high of £60,000 to Jeff’s £40,000, three of the more minor stars – Comedy Dave, Hamilton and Attwater – will only receive £20,000 for taking part in the show.
