If Kerry was not addicted to drugs and able to think rationally, she would not be losing her children.
whoever is looking after her appears to have got it wrong,there is no control in her sad life,she is THE child,she also has bipolar condition to cope with,who is taking responsibily for this woman she obviously can,t do it herself.
The children,who should be top priority,need to be in a safe environment,whether this is with their father,which seems the best option,providing he has a good relationship with them,or someone else they know and trust,who is able to care for them,until a solution more permanent is found.
Where are all “the professionals”in this sad and sorry story, what are people waiting for. Kerry,s life as we Know it ,and her children need to be cared for in a safe place,someone somewhere help her,don,t wait for the problem to get worse,I,m aware things don,t happen quickly but i think this situation has gone on long enough.
