Kerry Katona was reeling last week after Mark Croft threatened to use footage of her “off her head” on drugs in the court battle over their children.
Mark Croft vowed to present the judge presiding over their custody case with the new footage in a bid to win full-time access of their children Heidi, three, and two-year-old Max.

Kerry Katona has told friends she is “petrified” of the contents of the clip as she has no recollection of the video being filmed.

She fears the video and the sex tapes that Mark recorded will be used to discredit her in court.

It is a bitter blow for Kerry, who was humiliated by the recent documentary Kerry And Me which showed her yelling at her daughter Molly, eight, “Shut your face or I’ll knock you out.”

It is believed Mark hit the roof after seeing the film, which also saw him behave angrily around the children.

Mark, 39, has told pals he is out for revenge because Kerry is playing the victim.

“Kerry was so off her head on drugs for a lot of the time when she was with Mark that she doesn’t even know herself when he filmed her,” a source said.

“She’s terrified of what he might have on her. They had a pretty active sex life and the last thing she wants is for it to be on the Internet for all to see.

“Kerry can’t believe that Mark would stoop so low to hurt the mother of two of his children.”

Last week, Kerry issued a “heartfelt apology” following the documentary that was filmed five months ago.

She admitted she was “unwell at the time and in a bad place in my life”, but Kerry, 29, made no excuses for her behaviour.

“I know that it was still me and I have to take responsibility for that,” she said.

She also paid tribute to her children, Molly, Lilly Sue, seven, Heidi and Max and vowed to make a better life for them.

“I have got my second chance and I’m not going to let anything happen ever again and I’m never looking back.

“After being at rock bottom, I’ve made some changes in my life. I’m doing what is best for my children and me, and I’m back in control of my life.”

However, pals revealed Mark is hell-bent on making things difficult for Kerry, and will attempt to show her up during their court case, which kicked off last Tuesday at The Royal Courts Of Justice in London.

The judge ordered that both parents should be assessed by an independent agency, Cafcass, to see which home is suitable to give the children a stable life.

Kerry is said to be facing up to the prospect that she may lose her youngest children.

The source said, “It’s never got this far before and her life has been so messed up in the last few years.

“Even now, the children are mainly with the nanny or Kerry’s mum, Sue.

“If Mark can prove he can provide a more stable life for them, she could lose her children.

“It’s sad that now she’s finally trying to get her life on track, it looks set to fall apart again.”
