She’s faced a lot of personal demons and highly-publicised dramas recently, has poor old Kerry Katona.

So maybe that’s why she adopted the miltary-style outfit as she faced the cameras minus her wedding ring today.

The former pop star donned a hankerchief-hemmed trenchcoat, leggings and brown riding boots, as she ran errands near her Cheshire home.

And gone was her usual cheeky disposition she reserves for the paparazzi, and in its place was an impassive look as she drove around Wilmslow.

And she just about managed a tiny wave for the cameras as she and her mother Sue pulled up on to the drive at her £1.5million mansion.

For some odd reason, she had the use of two cars today, including a little silver Corsa belonging to her mother.

But she also hired a larger silver Peugeot car, despite her garage full of motors she has splashed out on over the years.

She looked trim and healthy having spent time at the GI Jane Bootcamp recently, where she managed to shed three stone in two weeks.

But soon after her return, the reality TV star, 29, split up with husband Mark Croft and kicked him out of the house after a number of bust-ups

He accused her of cheating on him with a fitness instructor she met at the camp, Royal Marine Kevin Green, who admitted texting Kerry after she returned home.

She and Mark, who married in 2007, have two children together, three-year-old daughter Heidi, and one-year-old son Max.

She jetted off to Tenerife shortly after the split two weeks ago but was back in the UK earlier this week

She has reportedly asked Croft for a divorce, and, being no stranger to having her life played out on camera, is said to have landed a £50,000 deal for a Channel 4 documentary.

According to The Sun, the programme will follow Kerry’s life post-Croft and her continuous battle with her weight.

A source told the paper: ‘This is Kerry’s chance to set the record straight about what’s been happening in her life over the past few months.’
