WRAPPED up in the arms of her new decorator fella, giggling Kerry Katona paints the picture of a woman in love.

The smitten ex-Atomic Kitten star is today pictured for the first time with Adam Walden.

Slimline Kerry was wearing a cowgirl hat – and a huge smile – as she sat in the lap of the tattooed white van man who stole her heart.

These exclusive pictures of the loved-up couple enjoying the sunshine yesterday come a week after the News of the World revealed the mum-of-four’s secret romance. Last night a pal said: “Kerry thought it was time to go public. Once the News of the World had revealed the relationship, there was no point pretending they weren’t an item.”

Kerry and her hunky £500-a-week painter and decorator couldn’t keep their hands off each other as they soaked up the rays – and a beer – at a friend’s BBQ in Warrington.

The source added: “Kerry fancied a beer because the sun was out and she was feeling fabulous. She’s not been drinking for ages so she was a bit giddy after a couple of drinks. She’s worked really hard getting her life in order so she figured she deserved it.”

Earlier, Kerry went to see her mum nearby, where the super joker picked up a Super Soaker for a water fight.

Yet again Kerry, 29, had shunned the bright lights of London and her plush £3,500-a-month Surrey pad to be with Adam, 33, up North.

And after dashing 200 miles to see him on Wednesday, Adam introduced his new squeeze to friends for the first time. He treated her to a romantic night at a Royal British Legion club, where regulars nearly choked on their ale when Kerry waltzed in.

The friend said: “Kerry figured no one would bother her in a British Legion. It was full of old men drinking pints of bitter.

“Adam loves it there. He likes to have a few games of snooker with mates after a hard day at work.”

Afterwards, the pair nipped back to his parent’s bungalow, where Adam lives, for another night of passion.

The pal said: “Kerry couldn’t care less what people think of her slumming it with Adam. She’s happier than she’s been in years.”
